With over 25 years of dynamic experience in education, Shinita Jones is a results-driven consultant and certified life coach committed to empowering individuals and organizations to thrive. Her multifaceted career spans Pre-K–12 and adult education, special education leadership, professional development, and health and safety training.

Shinita began her journey as an educator, teaching students from Pre-K through adult learners in both general and special education environments for 14 years. Her passion for equity and inclusive learning led her to serve for 11 years in special education administration and central office leadership, where she shaped policy, led teams, and transformed learning systems.

As a professional development facilitator for the past 15 years, Shinita has trained educators across the country on best practices in instruction, restorative practices, universal learning supports, and early childhood education. She is also an experienced and certified HSI CPR, First Aid, and AED Instuctor, equipping individuals and organizations with life-saving skills and emergency preparedness.

In addition to her work in education, Shinita is a certified life coach specializing in personal transformation, goal setting, and mindset mastery. Her coaching practice supports clients in breaking through barriers, building confidence, and designing lives they love.

Shinita holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology (Health Sciences), a Master of Arts in Rehabilitation Counseling, a Master of Arts in Teaching with an emphasis in Special Education, and an Education Specialist degree in School Leadership. Her work is rooted in compassion, excellence, and a deep belief in the power of lifelong learning and purposeful living.
